Our office is located at 137 VIP Road, specifically in the building called Natural Height 10, unit 4D. If you are familiar with this part of the city, you know that VIP Road is a major route and it is almost always busy with cars and people. Being in Natural Height 10 means we are in a relatively decent building, but our unit 4D is just a plain, functional workspace for Hsbc Securities Services. We don't have a lot of extra space, so we have to be very organized with how we store our files and equipment. From our windows on the fourth floor, we can see the traffic moving along VIP Road, which can be quite distracting if you stare at it for too long. The office itself is just a few rooms with basic furniture and some fluorescent lights that flicker a bit sometimes. We don't have a fancy kitchen or a lounge area. Most of us just eat at our desks while we finish up our tasks for the day. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow during the peak hours, so we often end up chatting with the people from the other offices while we wait. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We aren't here to put on a show for anyone. We just need a reliable place to sit and do our work, and this unit fits the bill perfectly for our small team.
