Hpsd Realty Llp

Our office for Hpsd Realty Llp is at 207 A.J.C. Bose Road. It is a very busy stretch of road and there is always a lot of noise from the cars and buses passing by. We are on the 700017 side of the city. The office itself is pretty simple. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders piled up. We don't spend a lot of money on decorations because we are usually out of the office anyway. Most of the real work happens when we are meeting people at potential sites or sitting in a tea shop discussing a deal. We have been doing this for a while and we know that real estate is about people more than anything else. It is about understanding what someone is looking for and then trying to find something that actually exists in their price range. We don't promise miracles. We just show up every day and do the legwork. Sometimes we find a great place right away, and other times it takes months of searching. We try to be as helpful as we can without being pushy. It is a bit of a grind sometimes, especially with the Kolkata humidity, but we are used to it. We just keep moving and trying to keep our clients updated on what is happening with their properties. It’s just life.
