We aren't a luxury place; we’re just a regular hotel for regular people. The rooms are basic and we try to keep them as tidy as we can despite the city grime outside. It’s just a few of us running the place, so we know most of the guests by name if they stay for more than a night. We deal with the power cuts, the humidity, and the noise of Marquis Street every day. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We don't use any fancy marketing.
