Located in Sector 1 of Salt Lake City, we’ve been operating this hotel for a while now. It’s a plain building at DD 24A, nothing that really stands out from the street. We have guests coming in for all sorts of reasons, some for work and some just visiting family in Kolkata. The mornings are usually the busiest time when everyone wants their tea and breakfast at the same time. We don't have a massive staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from checking people in to making sure the linens are clean. It’s a lot of stairs to climb and rooms to check. Salt Lake is a bit quieter than the middle of the city, which our guests seem to like. We keep the rooms simple without any unnecessary decorations. The furniture is sturdy, and we try to keep things as tidy as possible. Sometimes the plumbing acts up or a light bulb flickers, but we fix it as soon as we can. We aren't a big luxury chain with a lobby full of marble. It’s just a practical place to stay. We focus on the basics like clean sheets and a quiet night. Our regulars know us by now, and we know how they like their stay. It’s a straightforward business, and we just try to keep things running smoothly every day.
