Hospitals

We are just called Hospitals. Our address is 16 Anukul Mukherjee Road, which is right by the Beadon Street Post Office in Jorabagan. This part of the city has so much history in the walls. Our building at number 16 is old, like most things around here. It has those high ceilings and the kind of windows that rattle when a heavy truck goes by. Being near the Beadon Street Post Office makes it easy to tell people where we are. We don't have a big sign or anything. Most people just know us. Inside, it’s a bit of a mix of things. We have stuff stored in the corners and some old wooden furniture. It isn't a modern office by any means. It’s just a place where work happens. We handle a lot of things throughout the day, mostly just keeping things moving. The street outside, Anukul Mukherjee Road, is always full of life. You hear the vendors shouting and the bells of the rickshaws. It’s the sound of Jorabagan. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who have been together for years. We don't talk about missions or visions. We just talk about what needs to be delivered and who is running late. It is a very simple way of doing things. We’re just here at 16 Anukul Mukherjee Road, doing our daily business and keeping the place going as best as we can.
