G. S. Interio

You can find G. S. Interio over at 154/8 Chatterjee Para Lane in Sheoraphuli. We are right near Dow Bazaar in the Hooghly district. Our place is tucked away in the lane, so it’s not always the easiest to find if you aren't looking for it. We do a lot of work related to interiors and making spaces look a bit better. It’s messy work, honestly. There is always sawdust or bits of material lying around the workshop. We don't have a polished showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a working space where things actually get built. We spend our time measuring, cutting, and trying to make things fit where they should. Sometimes things don't go perfectly, and we have to start over or make adjustments. That’s just part of the process when you're working with your hands. We aren't a big design firm with fancy suits. We’re just people who know how to use tools and like to see a project finished. The area around Dow Bazaar is usually humming with activity, which keeps us feeling connected to the town. We've been in Sheoraphuli for a while now and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We just keep doing our thing at our own pace. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except for the sound of the machines running in the back while we work.
