Hitesh Kumar Jain

Hitesh Kumar Jain is the name of the business and it is located at 237 Rabindra Sarani. This is a very old and crowded part of the city, and the building reflects that history. I have been operating from this small space for many years now. It is packed from floor to ceiling with all sorts of goods and ledgers. There is barely enough room to move around sometimes. The street outside is a constant stream of people, handcarts, and rickshaws. It is very noisy and can be quite overwhelming if you are not used to it. My day usually starts early with a cup of tea and checking what orders need to be handled. I don't have a large team of people working for me. It is mostly just me and a couple of others helping with the heavy lifting and the deliveries. We don't use any fancy computers or software to run things. It is all done in the old-fashioned way with notebooks and personal contacts. People know they can find me here during business hours. We don't do any marketing or have a website. It is just about being here every day and doing the trade that has been going on in this area for generations. It is a simple life but it keeps me very busy and involved in the market. I wouldn't really know how to do anything else at this point.
