We are up on the 5th floor at 17/1 Lansdowne Terrace. It’s a decent spot to work from, even if the elevator is a bit slow sometimes. Down on the street, things move fast, but up here it’s usually just us and our stacks of files. We deal with real estate stuff every day. It’s mostly just answering calls, meeting with folks, and making sure the documents are all in order. We’ve been in this building for some time now and it feels like home. You won’t find any big corporate talk here. We just speak plain English and try to get the job done right. Sometimes we stay late when a deal is close to finishing, but usually, we head out once the sun goes down. The view from the fifth floor isn't half bad, either. It helps when the workday feels long. We mostly work with local people who know the area as well as we do. It’s a practical business. We don’t spend money on fancy things we don't need. Just some desks, computers, and a lot of patience.
