We are located over in the Behala area at Mitra Colony. Our office is on the second floor, specifically flat 2A at 69/1. This part of Kolkata, with the 700034 pin code, is mostly residential and has a very local feel to it. Getting to us can sometimes be a challenge because of the traffic on Diamond Harbour Road, but once you get into the colony, it is much quieter. We spend our days dealing with various real estate matters in this neighborhood. The office isn't anything corporate or fancy, just a few desks and many folders full of property papers. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm in the city. We just focus on Behala and the nearby spots. Most of our work involves meeting local residents and looking at small housing projects or plots of land. Sometimes we are out on the streets most of the day, checking on sites or talking to builders. The humidity in Kolkata can be tough when you are out in the sun, so we appreciate the time we spend in the office. People usually find us by word of mouth. We don't use any slick sales talk or big promises. It is just practical work, helping people sort out their property needs. We have been at this address for a while and we know the local scene pretty well. It is just us doing our job every day and taking things as they come.
