Habitro Properties Private Limited is located at 242 Rabindra Sarani. We are on the first floor of the building. This part of Kolkata is always moving. The streets are narrow and packed with people, and there is a lot of noise from the shops and the traffic outside. Our office reflects that energy, I guess. It is a bit cluttered with maps and files, and someone is always on the phone talking to a landlord or a client. We don't have a receptionist in a fancy uniform; usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We deal with all sorts of properties, from small commercial spots to residential flats. Most of our work happens out on the street though. We spend hours every week just walking around and seeing what is available. Real estate in this part of town is very different from the newer parts of the city. Everything is old and has a history, which makes the paperwork even more complicated. We just try to get through the day without too much stress. We are just regular people who know a lot about the local buildings and want to help others figure out where to go. It isn’t always perfect, and we make mistakes like anyone else, but we always try to make things right for the people we work with.
