Our office is located right at 54 Sir Hariram Goenka Street. It’s one of those busy parts of town where there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve been working out of this building for a bit now, focusing on the local real estate market. It’s not a huge operation, just a small team of us trying to help people find what they need. Some days are quieter than others, but we usually have plenty of paperwork to keep us busy. We don’t go in for big speeches or glossy brochures. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking at floor plans and deeds. The stairs up to the office can be a bit steep, but we don't mind the climb. We’ve gotten to know the shopkeepers on the street pretty well over the years. It feels good to be part of the neighborhood. If you’re looking for us, just find the number 54 and come on in. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just know the local area and try to be helpful when someone asks about a property. The tea guy comes by around four, and that's usually when we take a short break before finishing up the day’s tasks. It’s a simple way to run a business, but it suits us just fine.
