We are over at 84A, Lake View Road. It is a decent enough spot to be in, and we’ve been here for quite some time now. Piling work is messy business, honestly. It involves a lot of heavy machinery and deep holes in the ground, so our office here is where we try to organize all that chaos. We have maps and site drawings spread out over most of the tables. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find people in suits. We are usually in boots and rough clothes because we’ve either just come from a site or are about to go to one. The road outside is usually okay, though parking can be a real headache some days. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. Just a simple door on Lake View Road. Inside, the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the air conditioner makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool enough. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to site supervisors and checking on the weather, because rain really messes up piling schedules. It is a straightforward way of living. We just focus on the job at hand and try to make sure everything is lined up for the next day. It’s a lot of hard work, and we just take it one day at a time here at GEO PILING SOLUTIONS.
