Our office is on the 3rd floor at 10/C, Middleton Row. The building is an older one, so the stairs can be a bit of a climb if the lift is not working properly. We spend our time dealing with machinery used for tea. It is a very specific type of work. We have been in this location for a good number of years. Middleton Row is a busy spot. You can hear the sounds of the street even from up on the third floor. We have a small team of people here. Most of us have worked together for a long time now. We handle the paperwork and the orders for different machine parts. Sometimes people come in to talk about their tea estates. We usually make them a cup of tea while we talk. The office is not very large, but it is enough for what we need. We have files stacked on shelves and it gets a bit cluttered. We do not have any modern decor or anything like that. We just have our desks and our phones. The view from the window is mostly the tops of other buildings. At lunchtime, we go out to the local food stalls nearby. We are used to the rhythm of this street. It is a quiet office for the most part. We just handle the daily tasks as they come. It works for us.
