If you are looking for us, we are located on the 4th floor of Trinity Tower over on Topsia Road South. It is right near the Topsia police station, so it is a landmark that most people around here know pretty well. Gaudy Realtors Llp is basically just a group of us who know the property market in this part of town. The office is a practical space where we handle all the boring but necessary stuff like contracts and title checks. We spend a lot of time out in the sun, actually. You can't really do this job properly if you are sitting behind a desk all day. We are constantly going back and forth to different sites and meeting with owners. It is a lot of physical work, walking through half-finished buildings or measuring out spaces in older houses. We don't go in for all the high-pressure sales tactics you see in movies. We just tell people what we know and let them make their own choices. The 700046 area is changing fast, and there is always something new happening with the buildings around here. We just try to stay on top of those changes so we can give people the right information. It’s a job that keeps you on your feet, and we are fine with that. It is just how we operate every day.
