Our office is Flat 405 on the 4th floor at 83/02/1 Topsia Road South. Ganpriya Sakhaya Propeerties LLP is the name we use for the business. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just other buildings and the traffic down below. We’re in the 700046 area of Kolkata. It’s a lively part of West Bengal to work in. We spend our days dealing with various property matters. It's not a flashy job. There is a lot of checking documents and making sure names are spelled right on contracts. We aren't a huge team, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. Sometimes we’re answering the phones, other times we’re out meeting people to show them a site. We don't have a big corporate philosophy. We just try to be useful to whoever walks through the door. The real estate market here can be pretty unpredictable, so we try not to get too ahead of ourselves. We just take things as they come. It’s a straightforward way of working. Our space is functional and a bit lived-in, which suits us just fine. We’ve got our routine down. Morning tea, emails, and then seeing what the day brings in terms of property inquiries. It’s not much more complicated than that. We just show up and do our best with what we have.
