Fortune Realty is located at 49/1 on Jessore Road. We’re in the Kajipara area of Barasat. Jessore Road is always packed with trucks and buses, so there’s a lot of noise outside our front door. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time now. The office is just a simple room where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking for land or houses. Barasat is growing fast, and there are new developments popping up all over the place. We try to stay on top of what’s available. It’s not always easy because things change so quickly. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in the district. We just want to do a good job for the people who come through our door. A lot of our clients are just families looking for a bit of land to build on. We walk the plots with them, even when it’s muddy or hot. It’s better to see things for yourself. We don't use those glossy brochures that make every property look like a palace. We tell people about the drainage and the neighbors. It’s better they know the real situation now than later. We’re just local folks who know the Barasat area well. Most of our day is spent traveling between different sites and the office. It’s tiring sometimes, but we like being busy. If you’re on Jessore Road, you can’t miss us. We’ve got a sign out front and there’s usually a bike parked there.
