Fort Exports (P) Limited

You can find Fort Exports (P) Limited on the 5th floor of the building at 12A, N.S. Road. To get to Room 16, you usually have to wait a few minutes for the lift because it’s one of those old ones that moves slowly. If the lift is broken, which happens sometimes, the stairs are a real workout. Up here, we are a bit removed from the constant honking of N.S. Road, but you can still hear the city moving if you open the window. The room is filled with old wooden desks and stacks of papers that seem to grow every week. It’s not a very big space, so we have to be careful where we put things so nobody trips. Most of the afternoon is spent on the phone or typing away. We have a small window that looks out over the rooftops of the nearby buildings. It isn't a glamorous office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a place where we come to get the job done. The light in the hallway flickers a bit, and the carpet has seen better days. We know the other people on the floor, and we often run into them near the water cooler. It’s a simple setup. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are mostly focused on the daily tasks. It is a busy place, but we have our own way of keeping everything organized.
