First Tech Automation

First Tech Automation is tucked away at Plot No.26/C/1 on Jubilee Park Road. It’s quite near Jubilee Park in Tollygunge. If you’ve ever walked that way you might have seen our sign. We spend our days dealing with sensors and controllers. The place is often full of boxes and half-finished setups. It gets a bit cluttered because we are always trying to test something new. Working in Tollygunge is nice because there is always some life on the street. We don’t have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, one of the guys will just look up from their bench if someone walks in. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and wiring things up. It can be tedious work but when a system finally clicks together it feels good. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. The commute on Jubilee Park Road can be a pain during rush hour so we try to get in early. Sometimes we have clients come by to see a demo. They usually have to step over a few cables to get to the desk. We don’t mind the mess though because it shows we are actually doing something. It’s just how we operate. We don’t really have a grand plan. We just take the projects as they come and try to do them right. It’s a decent way to spend the day and it keeps the lights on.
