Firebricks Realty Llp is based out of Ballygunge Place, right on the second floor of 82/7/N. If you have ever been around this part of Kolkata, you know the lanes can be a bit of a maze sometimes. We like it here though because it is quiet enough to get work done but close enough to everything else. We are just a small team trying to figure out the real estate market one day at a time. It isn't always smooth sailing. There are days when the phone won't stop ringing and days when everything seems to go slow. We don't have a big corporate lobby or people in suits waiting at the door. It is just us in a regular office space with a few desks and a lot of tea. We spend a lot of time walking around the neighborhood and looking at different buildings. Real estate can be a bit messy with all the different rules and people involved, so we just try to keep things as simple as possible. We don't use a lot of big words or fancy promises. If we can help someone find a place that fits, then that is a good day. Most of our time goes into checking out sites and making sure the details are right. It’s practical work. We are just local people doing a job we know how to do without making a big fuss about it.
