We are located on the first floor at 216, Mahatma Gandhi Road. Excel Turnkeys Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a good number of years now. It's an older building with a lot of character, but the location on MG Road is really handy for getting around the city. Being on the first floor means we have to climb those stairs every single day, which I guess keeps us moving. We deal with turnkey projects, so the office is usually filled with stacks of papers, messy drawings, and people coming in and out to discuss different sites. It’s definitely not the quietest office because of the constant traffic downstairs on the main road, but we’ve managed to get used to the city sounds. We have a small team here. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at floor plans on the desks. We don't have a big lobby or anything that looks impressive to visitors, just a bunch of desks and some filing cabinets that are probably getting too full. It feels like a real workplace where work actually happens, not a polished showroom. We’ve had some good years here and some tough ones, but we keep showing up every morning. Mahatma Gandhi Road is always buzzing with energy, so there's always something to look at outside the window when we take a break. It isn't a corporate skyscraper, just a regular floor in a regular building. We’ve gotten to know all the neighbors over the years.
