We run Everfast Realtors Private Limited from the first floor of 17/1, Lansdowne Terrace. It's a nice enough spot in Kolkata. We’ve been here for a bit, and we’ve gotten used to the pace of the neighborhood. Real estate is what we do, but it’s mostly just a lot of talking and checking things twice. We help people with buying and selling, trying to keep the stress levels down where we can. It’s hard to do that sometimes because property is always a bit of a mess. We aren't a big corporate chain. It's just us here, doing the daily work. We don’t have a massive marketing budget or anything. Most people find out about us just by walking past or hearing from a neighbor. The office isn't very large, but it’s got everything we need to get the job done. We like the 700026 area. It has a good feel to it. Our days are spent checking out listings or meeting people at the site of a new building. Sometimes things move fast, sometimes they crawl. We just try to stay steady through it all. We don't make big promises we can't keep. It's just a regular local business, handled by people who know the streets around here. If you’re ever on Lansdowne Terrace, you can see our sign. It's nothing fancy, just says who we are.
