Equipments & Spares Corporation is located at 40, Strand Road. We are up on the third floor in Room No-13. The building on Strand Road is quite old and has that classic feel to it, with many different offices sharing the space. To get to us, you have to head up the stairs or use the lift if it’s working that day. Our room is packed with various spares and parts for different types of equipment. It’s not a showroom, it’s more of a functional storage and office space where we handle the orders. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and talking to people on the phone about what they need. Strand Road is always humming with activity, being so close to the river and the main commercial hubs. It can be quite loud outside, but once you are in Room No-13, it’s just us and the spare parts. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just shelves and desks. We’ve been at this location for a long time and have seen many changes in the neighborhood. We just keep doing what we’ve always done, which is supplying the bits and pieces that keep other machines running. It’s a steady kind of work, and being on the third floor of number 40 suits us just fine. We handle the daily tasks and make sure the parts get sent to where they need to go.
