Enliven Realty Llp has its office on the 4th floor of Trinity Tower, which is at 83 Topsia Road South. We are right by the Topsia police station, so it’s a very easy landmark for people to find. Working from the fourth floor means we have to deal with the elevators every day, which can be a bit slow, but the office itself is a good space for us. We handle all kinds of real estate work in this part of the city. It’s a busy area with a lot of new construction going up all the time. Most of our day involves talking to people who are looking for a new home or maybe a place for their business. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the market well. We spend a lot of time on the phone and even more time out on the streets looking at properties. Topsia is a lively place to be, and there is always something going on right outside our doors. We try to be as straightforward as possible because property deals can get complicated really fast. It’s just regular work for us, making sure the paperwork is right and the clients are happy with what they see. We aren't looking to be the biggest agency, just a reliable one where folks can get their questions answered. We’ve been at Trinity Tower for a while now and we’ve become a part of the daily rhythm of this neighborhood.
