We are located on the ground floor at No. 6 Waterloo Street. It is a very central spot in the city, right near the Lalit Great Eastern Hotel. Being on Waterloo Street means there is always something happening outside, whether it is tourists looking for the hotel or office workers heading to lunch. Our space is on the ground floor which makes it easy to move our food products in and out. It is a practical setup because we do a lot of heavy lifting with the crates and boxes. The building has that old Kolkata feel to it, with thick walls and high ceilings that keep it a little cooler than the street outside. We spend our days managing the orders and making sure the food products are stored correctly. It is a bit of a hustle, especially when the delivery vans are trying to find a place to park on this narrow street. Near the Lalit Great Eastern Hotel, the area feels quite established and busy. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Our office is just a desk in the corner of the main room where we handle all the paperwork. We have been here for a while and we know the rhythms of Waterloo Street pretty well by now. When the sun starts to set, the street lights come on and the area takes on a different kind of energy before we finally head home.
