Embay Ent

You can find us on the 4th floor of the building on Strand Road, right near the Calcutta GPO. It’s rooms 32 and 36. Being on the fourth floor means we get a lot of steps in every day, especially when the lift is acting slow. Strand Road is always packed with people and traffic, so it’s quite loud outside our windows. Inside, it’s a bit quieter but still busy with our work. We’ve been here at Embay Ent for some time now. The office is full of papers and files because we’ve got a lot to keep track of. It isn't the most modern office you've ever seen, but it works for us. We have a view of the street, which is good for watching the chaos of the city while we drink our tea. Most of our day is spent at our desks or talking on the phone. It’s a small space, so we all know what everyone else is doing. We don't have any fancy decorations or lounge areas. It’s just chairs, tables, and the stuff we need to get through the day. Sometimes it gets a little hot in the afternoons, but we have the fans going. We just try to stay organized and get our tasks finished before the commute home begins. It’s a typical Calcutta office life for us. We just keep our heads down and get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s simple and honest.
