Pragati Fashions

Pragati Fashions is on the ground floor of Victoria Court, at 91/a. It’s a straightforward location that’s easy to get to. We’ve been here for several years now, and the building has become like a second home to us. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for deliveries to come and go without having to deal with stairs or elevators. Inside, the space is mostly used for storing our latest fashion pieces and handling the quality checks. We don’t have a flashy showroom with mannequins in the window. Instead, it’s more of a warehouse feel where everything is bagged and tagged. The staff is small, just a few of us who handle everything from the initial orders to the final packing. We use simple desks and old filing cabinets to keep our records. Sometimes the place feels a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we always find a way to fit it all in. We aren't really interested in the high-end marketing side of things. We just focus on the clothes and making sure they’re ready for the shops that buy from us. Victoria Court is a fairly quiet building, which helps us stay focused on the work. We usually have the radio on in the background while we sort through the stock. It’s a steady job, and we’ve gotten quite good at knowing what will sell and what won’t.
