Eden Real Estates Pvt. Ltd. is located on the third floor at 9B Wood Street. We are quite close to Park Street, which is a busy and well-known part of the city. We’ve been working out of this office for a good number of years now. Our focus is mainly on helping people with their real estate needs, whether they are looking for a new office space or a home. Being near Park Street means we see a lot of different people every day. We aren't a big, cold corporation. We’re just a group of people who know the local market and try to give helpful advice. The real estate world can be pretty messy with all the legal bits and the negotiations. We just try to stay calm and help our clients through it. We don't have any polished scripts or fancy brochures. Most of our clients come to us because they know someone we’ve helped before. We spend a lot of time on the phone and walking around the neighborhood to see what’s available. Sometimes the elevators in our building are slow, but we don't mind taking the stairs if we have to. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a simple way of doing business, and it’s served us well so far. We enjoy being right here in the middle of it all on Wood Street.
