We're based over on Manoharpukur Road, specifically at 122/1M. Easternfront Commercial LLP is the full name, but we usually just think of ourselves as the team working out of this spot in Kolkata. It’s a decent neighborhood. We focus on commercial stuff, which mostly means looking at shops and office spaces. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out spots to see if they’re actually any good for business. West Bengal has its own way of doing things, and we’ve learned to just go with the flow. We aren't polished professionals in suits every day. Most of the time, we're just trying to get the details right on a lease or a sale. People around here know us as a local outfit. We keep our records in order and try not to overcomplicate things. The 700026 area is where we spend most of our time. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around, but we manage.
