Dudes & Dolls

Dudes & Dolls is located on Bidhan Sarani in the Shyambazar area. This is a very old part of Kolkata with a lot of history in every corner. Our shop is at 103/D, right in a place where the streets are always full of life. We have been here for a bit, serving both men and women, which is why we picked the name. It is not a massive place by any means, but we have made good use of the space we have. Shyambazar is always packed with people, so we see a lot of folks just dropping in while they are out doing their daily shopping. The interiors are basic and functional. We have a few mirrors and separate sections so everyone feels comfortable while they are here. It gets noisy outside with the buses and the yellow taxis honking, but inside it stays a little bit calmer. We try to keep the music at a low volume so people can just sit and relax for a minute. Sometimes the water pressure in the back is a bit low, but we always manage to get the job done somehow. We are not trying to be one of those expensive mall shops. We are just a local business in the 700004 area. The staff is mostly local people who live nearby and walk to work. It is a decent place to get your hair done or get a quick facial without spending too much money.
