DEBOJYOTI REHAB is situated at 21/1, Bediadanga Masjid Bari 1st Lane, in the Picnic Garden area. It’s a bit of a quiet spot, tucked away from the main streets. We chose this location because it feels more like a home than a clinic. People come to us when they are going through some tough times and need help getting back on their feet. The building isn't huge, but we make the most of the space we have. There are rooms for different activities and a small area where people can sit and talk. We've been here for a while and the neighbors in Picnic Garden are used to seeing folks coming and going. It’s a very human kind of work. We see a lot of different stories walk through the door at 21/1. Sometimes the days are long and emotional, but that is part of the job. We don't have a lot of corporate rules; we just try to help in the way that feels right at the time. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We keep the place clean and try to make it feel welcoming for anyone who needs us. It's just a regular house on a regular lane, but a lot happens inside. We just focus on the people who are with us today and help them move forward bit by bit. It’s just how we operate.
