Our office is located at 46F, Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road in Taltala. Dbcb Real Estate & Services is what we call the business, but mostly people just know us as the guys on the corner. Taltala is a busy place with a lot of history. You can hear the traffic from our window all day long. We’ve been handling property stuff here for quite some time now. It’s a mix of old apartments and some newer commercial spaces. People come in looking for all sorts of things, maybe a small office or a flat for a growing family. We don’t do big fancy presentations. We just show you what’s available on the books. Sometimes the keys get mixed up or a landlord changes their mind at the last minute, that’s just how it goes. We try to stay on top of the local market here on Rafi Ahmed Kidwai Road. It’s a good location because we’re right in the middle of everything. We handle some maintenance services too when people need them. It’s not always easy work, especially when the paperwork gets complicated with the older buildings. But we enjoy being in Taltala. The tea stall nearby is where we spend a lot of our breaks. If you're walking down the road and need some advice on a local property, you can just step inside. We’re usually here unless we’re out showing a site to someone.
