City Ark Realtors LLP is situated at 26/1A Tiljala Road, specifically down A. C Lane in Kolkata. It is a bit of a tucked-away spot, which is actually kind of nice compared to the main roads. We have been operating from this location in the 700046 area for a while now. Our work is pretty straightforward—we deal with real estate and property management. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication and a fair amount of paperwork that never seems to end. We do not have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you; usually, you will just find one of us sitting at a desk working on a file. The office is small and functional. We focus on the practical side of things, like making sure deeds are correct and properties are being looked after. It is a local operation, and we like it that way. We know the neighborhood well and have seen a lot of changes over the years. Some days we are very busy with site visits, and other days we just stay in and catch up on the administrative side.
