You can find us at 6 Lyons Range, right by Gate No. 2. We are on the 1st floor in the southeast corner, sharing the space with Long Run Services LLP. This part of Kolkata, the 700001 district, is always buzzing because of the stock exchange nearby. It’s a place where everyone seems to be in a hurry. We handle property and realty work, which means we see a lot of different people coming through the door. Our office isn't very big and it’s mostly filled with desks and stacks of documents. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us trying to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out meeting landlords and looking at office spaces. The city is always changing, with old buildings getting new leases on life. We try to stay on top of those changes so we can give people practical advice. We don’t use any high-tech systems, just our experience and some basic records. Sometimes we have to deal with long wait times for paperwork, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We just try to be straightforward and get the job done without any unnecessary fuss. Most days we are just busy with the usual local property tasks and meeting people.
