Ceratizit India P.Ltd. is located at 58 Motilal Gupta Road in the Barisha area. Our building isn't hard to find, but it's a typical work site with people coming and going throughout the day. We work with hard materials and cutting tools, which means there is usually a lot of technical talk happening in the hallways. It’s a bit of a specialized field, but for us, it’s just the daily routine. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or checking the wear on different parts. The office isn't overly decorated; it’s more about having enough space for the technical manuals and the samples we keep on hand. Barisha is a decent place to work, though the commute can be a bit of a drag some days. We’ve got a team here that knows their stuff, mostly because they’ve been working with these materials for a long time. We aren’t the type to put on a show for visitors. Usually, if someone comes by, it’s because they have a specific problem with a machine or a part, and we just try to help them find the right bit for the job. It’s quiet work for the most part, punctuated by the occasional loud delivery truck. We just keep our heads down and focus on the technical details of what’s in front of us. It works for us.
