Caraluna Advisors Llp is based out of a flat in the Fusion Co-Operative Housing Society over in Newtown. It is in Action Area 1, specifically Block Ba 002, Flat 4D. Working from a residential society makes the day feel a bit more relaxed than being in a crowded commercial hub. It is quieter here, and the surroundings are a bit more modern since it is a newer part of Kolkata. We have our small team gathered in the main room of the flat most days. It is 700156, so it is quite a way out for some people, but we like the atmosphere. We do not have a big sign or anything flashy outside. It is just a place where we sit down and get our advisory work done. Sometimes we have tea on the balcony when we need a break from the computer screens. The society has its own rules about visitors and parking, so we keep things low-key. It is an honest way to run a business, just a group of people working together in a comfortable space. Most of our neighbors are just families going about their lives, and we are just the group in 4D doing our work. It is practical for us. We do not really do the whole corporate office vibe; we prefer this. It feels more grounded. We started here because we wanted a space that felt manageable and was not right in the middle of the heavy city traffic every single morning.
