Capricorn Group

Capricorn Group is located at 27, Moor Avenue in Tollygunge. It is a quiet enough street most days, and we like being tucked away here. We have been in this spot for a while, dealing with various property and group projects. It is not the kind of place with a big shiny lobby or anything like that. We just have our desks and some old chairs for when people stop by to talk. Tollygunge is a good area to work in, and being on Moor Avenue makes it easy for locals to find us. We mostly focus on getting the work done rather than worrying about looking fancy for anyone. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but that is just part of being here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking over maps of the area. It is a small team here at 27, Moor Avenue. We know the neighbors and the shops nearby quite well. When someone comes in, we just talk to them like regular people. There is no script or corporate handbook we follow. We just try to be helpful with whatever property questions come up. Most of our day is spent handling the usual paperwork and visiting different sites around Tollygunge. It is steady work and we enjoy being part of the scene here on Moor Avenue. We are usually here from morning until the evening, just keeping things moving along as best as we can.
