BRUTUS PROPERTIES LLP

Brutus Properties LLP is located right on the ground floor at 1 Mahatma Gandhi Road. It is a busy part of Kolkata, as you probably know if you have ever walked down MG Road. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to find us, though the noise from the traffic can get a bit loud during the rush hour. We have been operating from here for some time now. Our office is not anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle our property business. We deal with various land and building matters around the city. It is a lot of coordination, talking to different people, and making sure all the documents are in order. We do not really do the whole fancy marketing thing. Most people find out about us through word of mouth or just because they see our sign on the street. Working in the 700082 area keeps us right in the middle of things. The tea stall nearby is where we usually grab a quick break when things get hectic. It is a straightforward operation we have going. We are not trying to change the world, just trying to keep the business running smoothly and helping out with property needs as they come up. It is mostly just routine stuff, but it keeps us busy from morning till evening every day.
