You can find our office over at 47A Zakaria Street. It’s a lively part of the city, that’s for sure. There’s always someone shouting outside or a bike zooming past, but inside it’s mostly just us looking at floor plans and tax documents. We started Brown View Properties because we know how local real estate works in this area. It isn't always easy dealing with old buildings and the paperwork that comes with them. We spend a lot of time checking on things and making sure everyone is happy with their agreements. The office isn't much to look at, just a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We don’t go for those big flashy advertisements. Word of mouth usually does the trick for us. People walk in off the street because they saw our name on the door and they have a question about a shop or a flat nearby. We try to be helpful without making a big fuss about it. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to do everything by hand, which slows us down, but we get it done. It’s just how we operate. Most days are long, especially when we have to visit sites across town, but it keeps us busy. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the streets around here like the back of our hands. It's not a fancy job, but we've been here long enough that people trust we'll get the job done right.
