Brown Bricks Reality Pvt. Ltd. is situated in a very specific part of Salt Lake City. If you are heading towards the Salt Lake Stadium, you will find us right between Gate Number 1 and Gate Number 2. We are also right next to the Hyatt Regency. It’s a very famous spot in Kolkata, especially when there is a big football match or an event at the stadium. The traffic can be a nightmare on those days, but otherwise, it is a very nice area to work in. Our office is easy to spot because of these landmarks. We focus on properties around Salt Lake and the surrounding areas. It is a mix of old residential blocks and new developments. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of people; we are a focused team that knows this neighborhood inside and out. People stop by after seeing our sign near the gates. We spend our days talking to buyers, showing people around different flats, and keeping track of what’s happening in the local market.
