We are based on the ground floor at 14/1A Roy Street in Kolkata. Having an office on the ground floor is quite convenient because people can just step inside without any trouble. Brahmbhumi Vinimay is the name we use for our business. We handle different kinds of property and investment matters. Roy Street is a decent place to be, it is central but not as loud as some of the bigger main roads. Our office is a simple one. We have a few desks, some comfortable chairs, and a lot of cabinets for all our records. Real estate work involves a lot of paperwork and we try to keep it as organized as possible. We spend our days meeting with people and going over the details of various properties. It is a lot of talking and checking things over. We are just a few people working together, so the atmosphere is quite relaxed. We have been at this address for a while and have a good routine going. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit and chat until it comes back on. It is just part of life here. We don't have any fancy marketing strategies or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be done and try to be as helpful as we can to anyone who walks through the door. It is a straightforward, local way to run a business and it seems to work for us well.
