We are set up on the second floor of the Merlin Surabhi building, which is at No.8/1/2 on Loudon Street. It is a busy part of town, and we have been operating from this office for quite some time now. Dealing with hydraulic and drive systems is what we do every day. It is not just about selling parts; it is about understanding how they fit into the bigger machines. We have a small group here who handles the paperwork and the technical questions that come in. It is not a factory floor like some other locations, but we still deal with the same practical problems. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other times it is just us catching up on emails and orders. We do not go in for big speeches or fancy titles. Most of the time, we are just trying to help a client figure out which part number they actually need for their specific setup. Being on the second floor means we get a bit of a view of the street, but mostly we are focused on the screens and the technical manuals. It is a steady kind of job. We like the location because it is easy for people to find us when they need to talk through a technical issue. We just show up, do the tasks on our list, and go home like anyone else.
