Bone Muscle Physio

Bone Muscle Physio is our small clinic situated at Rashmoni More in Sodepur. We are in the Khardah area of 24 Parganas North, right where the local traffic gets a bit busy. It’s a quiet enough space once you step inside, which is good for the people coming in for their sessions. We have a few treatment tables and some basic equipment for exercises and stretches. Most of our day is spent working with folks who have back pain, old injuries, or just general stiffness from getting older. We aren’t a big hospital or a fancy wellness center. It’s just a place where you can come to get some help with moving better. We talk to people about what hurts and try to figure out the best way to get them back on their feet. Sometimes the sessions are a bit tough, but that’s how physical therapy goes. The staff here is small and we all know each other well. We keep our own schedules and try to fit people in when they need us. The waiting area is just a few chairs and some old magazines. We focus more on the actual work than having a polished front desk. It feels like a neighborhood spot because most of the people who come here live just a few streets away. We just want to help our neighbors feel a bit better so they can go about their day without too much pain. It’s a decent way to earn a living and help the community out.
