Benco Engg. & Constn. Co.

We've been at P-27 Princep Street for a while now. If you're looking for us, we are up on the second floor. It is a busy area, lots going on outside. Benco Engg. & Constn. Co. is just a small group of us here doing engineering and construction work. Most days are pretty much the same. We come in, check the plans, and get to work. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to sit and handle the paperwork side of things. Princep Street has its own rhythm, and we've become part of it. Sometimes the second-floor climb feels longer than it is, especially after a long day on a site. We handle the technical bits and the actual building side. It’s practical work. No big speeches here. People around the neighborhood know where to find us if they need something sorted out. We don’t spend much time on the computer unless we have to. It's mostly about the projects and making sure the numbers add up. Engineering takes up most of our headspace. We've got our desks, our tools, and the usual office clutter. It works for us. If you happen to be walking down Princep Street and look up, that's where we are. We just keep our heads down and do the job as it comes. Nothing too complicated about it. We like the location because it’s central enough for everyone to get to. It's just Benco Engg. & Constn. Co., nothing more, nothing less.
