Bangur Hospital

This is the Bangur Hospital over in Tollygunge. It is a big old building and honestly, it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it. We handle a lot of people every single day. From the early morning until late at night, there are always folks coming through the doors. It’s a busy public hospital vibe here. The hallways are often full of people waiting their turn or family members sitting around. We have different departments for different things, but everything is pretty packed. The staff here works hard, though you might find us looking a bit tired sometimes because of the shifts. We deal with everything from small scrapes to much bigger health problems that need staying overnight. Tollygunge is a crowded part of town, so we get people from all over this side of the city. It’s not the quietest place to be, that’s for sure. There is always the sound of carts rolling or people talking. We don't have those fancy private rooms you see on TV, but we have beds and we have doctors who know what they are doing. Sometimes the equipment is a bit old, but it still works fine for what we need. We just try to keep things moving and make sure everyone gets seen eventually. It’s a lot of work running a place this size in such a busy area, but we’ve been here a long time now and we know how to manage the crowd.
