Bandhan

We are located in the Hudco Housing Estate, specifically at Block 17, Flat No 220. It is on Bidhan Nagar Road in the Kankurgachi area. Being in a housing estate means Bandhan is right in the middle of a lot of families and daily life. It is a big complex, so it can be a little confusing to find the right block if you are new here. The office is really just a flat that we have converted into a workspace. It gives it a very homey feel, for better or worse. We have a kitchen where we make lunch and a balcony where we sometimes sit for a minute. It doesn't feel like a sterile office at all. There are kids playing outside in the common areas and people hanging out their laundry on the lines nearby. It is a very normal, everyday kind of environment. We like it because it is grounded. There is no pressure to act like we are some big, high-flying company. We are just people working out of a flat in Kankurgachi. The commute here is okay since Bidhan Nagar Road is well-connected to the rest of the city. We have a lot of files and boxes stacked up in the corners because we have been here so long. It is a bit cramped, but we manage just fine with the space we have. It is comfortable and we know the neighbors.
