B. Motilal Group

B. Motilal Group is located right in the heart of Kolkata on Park Street. We are on the 8th floor of Apeejay House, specifically in Block C at 15 Park Street. If you have ever been to Park Street, you know how crowded and loud it can get with all the shops and people walking around. But up here on the 8th floor, it is actually quite peaceful most of the time. We have a good view of the city from our windows, and we can see the rooftops of many old buildings nearby. We have been in this building for many years now, and the office has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it, which we actually quite like. There are several of us working here, mostly focusing on different property matters and investments. We don't really have a big public relations department to write fancy things about us. We are just a group of people who come to the office every morning, handle our paperwork, take a lot of phone calls, and try to make sense of the real estate market in this city. Sometimes the elevators in the building take a while to arrive because it is such a busy place with many other offices. We have gotten used to the rhythm of Park Street and the way things move in this part of town. It is just our daily life.
