We are located at 4, Azimganj House, right on the first floor. It’s on Abanindranath Thakur Sarani, which most people still call Camac Street sometimes. It’s a pretty well-known spot in the city. Our office isn't very large, but it’s got enough room for all the files we keep. We work on real estate things every day. It’s mostly just sitting around the table, going over documents, and trying to help people figure out their property issues. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do right by the people who walk through our door. The office feels a bit lived-in, with stacks of paper here and there. That’s just the nature of the business. We know the local area well because we’ve been here for a while. Sometimes the street outside gets completely blocked with cars, but that’s just part of working in this part of town. We don't have any scripted speeches. If you ask us a question, we’ll just give you a straight answer based on what we know. It’s just us, a few desks, and a lot of local knowledge about the buildings and land around here. We keep things pretty low-key and just focus on the task at hand. It’s a bit of an old-school way of working, but it seems to work for us and the people who come to see us. We don't mind the noise from the street outside.
