ASSURE REALCON LLP

Our office is at 6 A Tara Chand Dutta Street in Kolkata. It is right in a busy part of the city where there is always something going on. Assure Realcon is a small operation and we have been at this address for a while now. The building is older, but it serves us well. We deal with real estate and construction related work. Most of our hours are spent on the phone or meeting with people who need help with their property deals. Tara Chand Dutta Street is a lively place to work. You can hear the sounds of the market and the traffic all day long. Inside, we have a few desks and some chairs for visitors. It is a very hands-on job. We don't rely on fancy software for everything; a lot of it is just knowing the right people and keeping good records in our notebooks. We try to be helpful to anyone who comes in, whether they are just looking for information or they have a serious project. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy with all the maps and documents we have to keep track of. It is just the reality of the business. We are local people and we understand how things work in this part of Kolkata. It is not a high-pressure environment, but we do keep busy. Usually, we wrap things up when the sun goes down and the street starts to quiet down a little bit.
