Asics Group

Out here in Agarpara, things move at their own pace. We are located in the 24 Parganas North district, which is a place many of us call home. Asics Group isn't some glass tower in a big city center. We are just here on the ground, doing the daily tasks that keep the business running. Some days are busier than others, especially when shipments are coming in or going out. The local area has changed over the years, but our spot remains pretty much the same. We know the neighbors and the tea stall down the road. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time. We don't spend much time on fancy talk or long presentations. Instead, we look at the schedules and make sure the work gets finished by the end of the day. It gets quite humid here during the monsoon months, which can slow things down, but we manage. You can find us easily if you are familiar with this part of the district. It is a practical environment where everyone knows their role. We don't try to be something we aren't. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families in the evening. The building is simple and serves its purpose well. Being in Agarpara gives us a bit of a local feel that you don't get in the more crowded parts of the city. It works for us.
