We are located at 23/24 Radha Bazar Street, which is a fairly hectic part of the market area. Arvind Metals & Minerals Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this building for a long time. If you’ve ever walked down Radha Bazar Street, you know how tight it is with all the shops and people. Our space is filled with samples and piles of paperwork that seem to grow every week. It’s a bit of a maze inside, but we know where everything is. The windows look out onto the street, and there’s a constant stream of noise from the vendors and the shoppers below. It’s the kind of place where you have to drink your tea quickly before it gets cold or covered in the dust from the street. We handle a lot of different metals and minerals, so there’s always something new being weighed or checked. We don't have a big reception area or anyone in a suit to greet you. Usually, you’ll just find a few of us sitting at old wooden desks or talking to transporters about schedules. The building itself has some character, with its old stairs and narrow hallways. It gets quite warm in the summer, but we have the fans going all day. It’s just a normal business day here, filled with the usual talk about prices and shipments. We don't try to make it look like something it's not; it's just a place where we do our business every day.
